It's important to note that while our shop uses the latest technology and tools in the business to provide exceptional service, not every vehicle's interior can be restored to its original factory condition. This is because the level of cleanliness and overall condition of a vehicle's interior is largely dependent on the care it has received from the owner. However, our team will always do their best to improve the overall appearance of the interior and address any specific concerns or issues the owner may have. Our goal is to provide a superior level of detail that exceeds our customers' expectations and leaves their vehicle looking and feeling its best.

What's Our Process?

Preparation: Before starting, we ask that you remove all personal belongings.

1. Cleaning: Clean all surfaces, including the dashboard, door panels, seats, floor mats, and carpets, using a gentle all-purpose cleaner and a microfiber towel.

2. Protecting: Apply a protectant to the dashboard and door panels to protect against UV rays and prevent cracking.

3. Vacuuming: Use a high-powered vacuum to remove any remaining dirt and debris from the seats, carpets, and floor mats.

4. Shampooing: Shampoo the carpets, floor mats, and upholstery using a foam cleaner and a scrub brush. Let the foam sit for a few minutes, then extract it using an upholstery extractor.

5. Windows: Clean the windows inside and out using a glass cleaner and a microfiber towel.

6. Finishing touches: Wipe down the interior with a damp microfiber towel to remove any residue and give it a final shine.

Note: This is a general process and may vary depending on the condition and type of vehicle being detailed. It is always recommended to bring in the vehicle for inspection or provide pictures.

PAINT CORRECTION

Paint Correction Process

  • Wash the car thoroughly to remove any dirt or grime from the surface.
  • Decontaminate the paint: This involves removing any tar, sap, or fallout that may have stuck to the paint. Clay bars and iron fallout removers are commonly used for this step.
  • Dry the car thoroughly to prevent water spots from forming on the surface.
  • Inspect the paint: Look for any deep scratches or damage that may not be removable through paint correction. If any are found, take note of their location for reference during the correction process.
  • Tape off any areas that need protection, such as trim or emblems, using painter's tape or masking film.
  • Set up lighting in a well-lit area to allow for easy observation of the correction process.
  • Choose the appropriate tools and products for the correction process, including machine polishers, abrasive pads, compounds, and polishes.
  • Start the correction process, working in small sections at a time, following the manufacturer's instructions for the products being used.
  • After the correction process is complete, inspect the paint to ensure all imperfections have been removed. If necessary, repeat the correction process in any areas where imperfections remain.
  • The final step is to wash the car again to remove any residue left from the correction process and dry the car thoroughly.

How Much Should I Expect To Pay For A Paint Correction?

The cost of paint correction varies widely based on several factors, including the size of the vehicle, the condition of the paint, and the level of correction needed. On average, paint correction services for a standard-size vehicle can range from $500 to $1500 or more. The cost can be higher for larger or luxury vehicles or if additional services such as ceramic coating or paint protection film are added. It's best to bring it into the shop for a proper inspection.

What To Expect With Our Inspection Process

Using a paint gauge and a gloss meter during a paint inspection process can provide a customer with more accurate results and a higher-quality finish.

  • Paint Gauge: A paint gauge measures the thickness of the paint layer on a car, allowing for a more precise assessment of the amount of correction that can be performed without damaging the underlying surface. This ensures that the correction process is done safely, avoiding any sanding or cutting through the paint layer.
  • Gloss Meter: A gloss meter measures the shine and reflectivity of the paint, giving a numerical value to the level of gloss. This allows for a more accurate assessment of the paint's condition before and after the correction process, giving the customer a clear understanding of the improvement made.

By using both of these tools, our paint corrections can provide a customer with a more thorough evaluation of the paint's condition and a clearer understanding of the results achieved through the correction process. This results in a higher-quality finish and a more satisfying experience for the customer.

X-KOTE RENEWAL SYSTEM

What is X-Kote?

X-Kote is a premium 2-component (2K) Automotive clear coat, just like a factory or body shop sprayed clear coat. X-Kote, however, is applied by hand.

The key to this unique technology is both X-Kote's ability to self-level completely flat when applied by hand and X-Kote's proprietary chemical adhesion process. An X-Kote application takes a fraction of the time it takes to correct the paint by traditional means of buffing and polishing. It can be ceramic coated after 24 hours.

When Should I Use X Kote?

Using X-Kote when your vehicle's clear coat is low is a viable option if a traditional cut and polish are too risky. The self-leveling property of X-Kote helps to restore the appearance of the paint, and its proprietary chemical adhesion process provides added protection. However, it's always best to consult with a professional to determine if X-Kote is the best solution for your specific situation.

You Might Choose To Use X-Kote For Several Reasons:

  1. Little clear coat left: Not enough clear coat for a paint correction
  2. Original paint: adds 10-15% to the original clear coat adding life to the original paint.
  3. Professional results: X-Kote has a self-leveling property that gives a flat finish, making your vehicle look as though it was professionally sprayed.
  4. Durability: X-Kote's proprietary chemical adhesion process makes it a durable option for protecting your vehicle's paint.
  5. Option for ceramic coating: X-Kote can be ceramic coated after 24 hours, which provides additional protection and durability.

Note: X-Kote may not be the right choice for everyone, so it's important to carefully evaluate your needs and research different options to determine what works best for you.

Expertise: A professional has the experience and knowledge to properly prepare the surface and apply the coating evenly and thoroughly for optimal results.

Equipment: A professional has access to specialized tools and equipment that is required for proper preparation and application of the coating, ensuring a safe and efficient process.

Quality Control: A professional can ensure that the coating is applied correctly and to the manufacturer's specifications, giving you peace of mind that your vehicle is protected.

Warranty: Most ceramic coating manufacturers only honor their warranties if the coating is installed by a certified professional.

Long-Term Benefits: A properly installed ceramic coating can provide long-term benefits for your vehicle, such as protection against environmental elements and improved appearance, which can add value to your vehicle.

What's Our Process?

We start by thoroughly washing the exterior of the vehicle using a high-pressure washer and mild detergent. Paying extra attention to areas with heavy dirt or grime buildup.

  • Use a clay bar to remove any contaminants that are stuck to the paint. This will ensure a smooth surface for the next steps.
  • Perform a paint analysis to identify any imperfections such as scratches, swirls, or oxidation. Use this information to determine which type of polishing is required.
  • Use a rotary or dual-action polisher with a cutting compound to remove any imperfections in the paint. Use a finishing pad and a finishing polish to bring back the shine.
  • Clean and dress the tires, rims, and wheel wells with a tire shine, tire cleaner, and wheel cleaner.
  • Clean the windows and mirrors using a glass cleaner and a microfiber cloth.
  • Clean the exterior of the vehicle with an alcohol-based prep solution to ensure the surface is free of any oils, waxes, or residues.
  • Apply the ceramic coating using a foam applicator. Making sure to apply the coating in a thin and even layer.
  • Allow the coating to cure.
  • Perform a final inspection to ensure that all areas of the vehicle have been coated to the highest standard.
  • We take photos of the vehicle before and after to show the customer the results of our work.

What Benefits Can I Expect From Getting A Ceramic Coating?

Durability: Ceramic coatings are durable and long-lasting, typically providing protection for 2-5 years or more, depending on the type of coating and the care given to the vehicle.

Hydrophobic: Ceramic coatings create a hydrophobic effect, which causes water to bead and roll off the surface of the vehicle, reducing the risk of water spots and keeping the vehicle cleaner for longer.

Protection From UV Rays: Ceramic coatings can help protect the vehicle's paint from fading and damage caused by UV rays.

Easier Maintenance: Ceramic coatings make it easier to keep the vehicle clean and maintain its shine, as dirt and grime are less likely to stick to the surface.

Scratch Resistance: Ceramic coatings provide a hard and durable layer of protection for the vehicle's paint, helping to resist scratches and other types of damage.

Enhanced Appearance: Ceramic coatings enhance the appearance of the vehicle by providing a deep and glossy finish, making it stand out from the crowd.

Value Preservation: By protecting the vehicle's paint, ceramic coatings help to preserve its value, making it a cost-effective investment in the long run
